Rockwood Pigments Finalizes Distribution Agreement with W.R. GraceBELTSVILLE, MARYLAND (August 11, 2003) -- Rockwood Pigments NA, Inc., a subsidiary of Rockwood Specialties Group, Inc., announced the signing of an agreement with Grace Construction Products, a business unit of W.R. Grace & Co. ("Grace"), under which Rockwood will supply and Grace will distribute Rockwood's liquid pigments sold under the brand name Davis Colors™. Davis Colors is the flagship brand of Rockwood Pigments and the leading U.S. producer of color additives and automatic color handling systems for ready mix concrete. The agreement creates an alliance in which Grace, a worldwide leading supplier of products and services for the construction industry, will distribute Davis Colors' Hydrotint® liquid color and Chameleon™ liquid color dispensing systems to ready mix and precast producers in North America.
